Maputo City Tour ( 5 hours)

A melting pot of Latin and African flavors, Maputo is a unique and historical city. Meet Maputo, beloved by its locals on a 3-hour tour including stops at the Fortress, Central Market, Railway Station (CFM) Museum and FEIMA curio market. Guests will also pass by the Maputo City Hall, Cathedral, Botanical Gardens, and Iron House.

Tour includes museum and fortress entry fees.
Tours depart at 09:30 and 14:00
Optional extension includes lunch (tour lasts up to five hours).
English and Portuguese-speaking guides.
The museum is closed on a Monday.

St Maria, Inhaca & Portuguese Islands ( Full day)

Venture off the beaten track to find a natural paradise unaffected by civilization. Santa Maria, Inhaca Island and Portuguese Island are drenched in stretches of wild, beautiful beaches and coral reef favored by divers, snorkelers, nature lovers and those wanting to have fun.

Speedboat transfers from the Maputo Marina (Escola Nautica) to Santa Maria operate in the morning. The trip lasts 60 to 90 minutes. At Santa Maria, enjoy snorkeling in the warm waters. A limited number of snorkeling masks are available for rent.

Head to Inhaca Island to enjoy a seafood lunch and then on to Portuguese Island for a swim before your return to Maputo.

The tour includes seafood lunch, marine park fee and Escola Nautica departure fee.

Pack a hat, sunblock, a jersey, and windbreaker, as the trip back can be windy and wet.
The islands are about 15 minutes apart when travelling by boat. The return leg to Maputo could take slightly longer due to choppy seas, and timing is tide dependent.

Ponta Do Ouro Day Trip ( Full day)

Spend an unforgettable day soaking up the sun and surf at the spectacular beaches of Ponta do Ouro. The 1.5 hour drive south takes you over the scenic Catembe Bridge and Maputo National Park.

Once at the beach, settle in under the shade provided by your guide, and take a refreshing dip in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.

Tour departs at 08:00 and returns at approximately 17:30
Seafood lunch is included.
Pack a swimsuit, hat, beach towel and sunblock.

Maputo Art and Culture Tour ( 4 hours)

Surround yourself with Mozambican culture on this four-hour tour with a friendly, local guide. Guests will visit significant artistic, historical, and cultural sites in Maputo City and its colorful surrounding neighborhoods, in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle.

Stops along the route include Xipaminine Market, Noel Langa’s house and Art Gallery and the Ntsindya Cultural Centre (intellectuals, musicians and writers who fought for independence once gathered here). Enjoy a light lunch at a local restaurant.

Flavors of Mozambique Food Tour ( 4.5 hours)

Kruger Park Day Trip ( Full day)

The world-renowned Kruger National Park is merely 100 kilometers from Maputo, making it the perfect opportunity for a daytrip to hopefully spot the famous Big Five. And you’ll benefit from having a driver to assist with immigration formalities at the border. Taking a slow drive through the park, stand the chance of spotting elephant, buffalo, giraffe, impala, zebra and, for the very fortunate, lion or rhino. Lunch is enjoyed at one of the park’s rest camps.

Includes Park fees, game drive in an open safari vehicle with professional driver/guide, bottled water, light lunch, and return transfers from Maputo.
