Reengaging with the Region: Sanganai 2025

The 2025 Sanganai Hlanganani Tourism Expo, themed “Celebrating Regional Connectivity and Collaboration”, brought together tourism stakeholders from across Southern Africa to showcase premier destinations, including Zimbabwe’s Eastern Highlands. This region is celebrated for its dramatic mountain ranges, misty valleys, cascading waterfalls, crystal-clear rivers, and rolling green hills, offering a unique combination of adventure, nature-based experiences, and cultural heritage.

Visitors to the Eastern Highlands can enjoy hiking along scenic trails, trout fishing in pristine rivers, fishing, and exploring traditional Basotho villages, as well as visiting historic sites, botanical gardens, and local craft markets, making it a destination of both scenic beauty and immersive cultural significance. iXplore Africa Travel & Tours was proud to return as a hosted buyer.
